If your teeth aren’t as straight as you would like them to be and you feel as though it is detrimental to your self-esteem, then orthodontics might be what you are looking for. Correcting your teeth via braces can have a dramatic effect on how you feel.
This can take place through plastic, metal, or ceramic braces. They work by putting a consistent force on your teeth to slowly shift them into their ideal position. Options can include metal or clear brackets (and maybe even specific colors). How long you wear braces will largely depend on how old you are, the type of treatment, and the extent of work that needs to be done. You can reasonably expect to wear braces as long as three years, and as short as one year.
We use Invisalign clear aligners, which offer a near invisible option for enhancing your smile.
If you have any questions, we would be happy to discuss your options.
